Device works, however the Bluetooth is a lie. You can use Bluetooth, but only with music. It does not work with video and that sucks since the only thing you can use for that are the headphones delivered with the device. the headphones however have a USB-C connection so if they are broken, you need to get headphones with that type of connection .. and I assume that's not easy
