The finish and look of this player are nice, it has a nice capacitive touch screen which is very responsive and has a good resolution, but: 1- The sound quality is extremely poor and lacking, even the cheapest smartphone will sound better. The sound is very flat and unimpressive and no matter how much you try with the equalizer it is still bad. 2- The maximum volume is very low, so low that it is not enough to enjoy any song. 3- The player has crashed on several tracks and restarted. 4- FM tuner is very crappy and fails to lock properly to even the strongest stations, it remains glitchy and noisy with poor sound quality. 5- The bluetooth does not remember paired devices, you have to pair the same device (earphones, headset) everytime you start the player. Over and above seller is crappy and does not reply at all to any messages. I am very sad I got this, this is the worst product ever bought and money wasted.

Forgot to mention, included earphones, look nice but sound crappy, have no bass and flat out at a very low volume level.
