Packaging was excellent, quality was well done. The electronics and Hydraulics was done professionally and well organized inside the case. Very Clean inside and organized. Some of the pin striping rubbed off due to the excavator moving around in packing. This is only due to the foam rubbing and nothing you can do about it. If you put some sort of plastic wrapping between the foam and the excavator where the decals are this might help. Nothing I can't fix. Over all I am SUPER satisfied. Highly recommend purchasing from this company. I will upload some pics later
