I used this product once and it's fine. You have to be very close to the garment to get good results. It avoids leaving traces of iron and it's more pleasant than traditional iron.

Item was delivered and properly packaged within a sufficient time frame. It's as described. I haven't used it as of yet.. But, will update when I have done so. A++ Supplier.
