I ordered a 24 inch and was sent a 20 inch. I sent pictures like they requested but still no resolution. the lace is not a 24 inches long. They telling me I'm measuring it wrong. Im over it. I'll stick to my old vendor. check out my pics. shipping was fast hair is soft, but as you can see its thin.
