There is a partition inside the top tube bag, and it can be MOVED from side to side which is really well designed! I was worried before receiving the product that the internal partition would bisect the storage space exactly in half and limit what it could hold compared to a one-compartment bag. The bag is fully waterproof even in prolonged rain. One minor quibble would be that the outer mesh packet is too small to hold anything except maybe energy gels and energy bar wrappers. The designer of this bag should be given a raise! Thank you for the fast shipping, seller.
