Unfortunately they didn't packed the product, so it was not a surprise.... That is very sad! But the product itself looks great. I didn't open it yet, but I think it is complete. The delivery time was pretty good, despite that they didn't let me know when exactly I could expect the product. So one of my familiy members needed to open the door, because I wasn't at home. That is a bit of a shame.... But after all, it is not bad at all...
