My second order. First had cotton filler. Gotta say silicone feels so much better, also looks more natural because boobs hang a bit. It also seems to me like this time the back and neck are a bit thinner which I take as positive and the neck is also shorter. I almost entirely ruined the first ones because I cut the neck and it started tearing. This time no such need.
