the bag's quality is surprisingly really good. but it is missing the 3 velcro straps so i can't attach it to my bike at the moment (i am pretty pissed about that...)
I have been contacted by the Seller's customer service that will solve the problem. The Seller will deliver an additional package with the missing accessories. That is amazing. I really appreciate how the Seller is trying to fix their mistake. Thank you so much,
