Not resonant on the 2m / 70cm HAM bands. Resonant at 195 MHz and 476MHz. -5dB return loss between 180-208 MHz and 444-517 MHz. I knew this would be a fake but it's even worse then other Nagoya/Diamond fakes. Shipping time was 3 weeks.
