The hoop is great looking however it did arrive bent, because it is a rubber type material and it was in a bag/bubble mailer. I was able to reshape it by using a hair dryer to heat up the material. It would be better if it came with a hard cardboard or something inside to prevent it being bent but for the low price and shipping speed I am still very satisfied.
