Suitable for wired Xbox 360 controller (windows version). Adapter is included. I took a 5-pin cable, but one of the pins (black) was placed differently, than on my controller. It was easy to fix and I don't know if it's affect anyting, just keep you informed. Also you need to heat up your soldering iron up to 450 celsius \ 800 fahrenheit to remove old cable from controller. Atleast my model had a die hard solder on it.
