Very, very disappointing. At first this replacement lamp worked perfectly, but after a few weeks the image quality started to diminish. Two weeks later the lamp cut out completely, so I reinstalled my old, worn out but original lamp which worked like a charm. Tried to claim the warranty of 180 days, but the seller purposely made it nearly impossible to get a refund. Very, very disappointing product and terrible customer experience.

The lamp works as intended and seems bright enough. For my BenQ the lamp fitted, but the power cord was upside down. it was still able to plug, and could be a model issue.
