the one of the relays doesn't work.

The product is well packaged and comes with in prebuilt kit. Although I haven't tested it yet, it seems cheap enough to give it a try. One thin is that you need to identify the polarity of the power supply as it is not marked on the connecting block. Seems easy enough to bleep it out to another ground to identify as ground supply.
