I have paid 190 € for an item that was not delivered to me. GLS tracking indicates "delivery signed for" but this is a false information I have made all possible efforts to try to investigate on my side, but I cannot do anything because the seller has to make the claim The seller has all necessary documents to make the claim, but still refuses to reimburse me. I have asked several times to the seller to provide evidence that he is investigating the claim to GLS, but no more answer from him...
