I did not received the item as it was delivered to wrong area and can no longer locate. What a dirty job .! I filed dispute but was turned down by AliExpress because the idiot courier marked it as “ successfully delivered “ and AliExpress and the buyer don’t want to investigate as they already got my money. Unreliable!!!!!
After spending almost $600+ for 12 purchases this year from this seller, I did not received this last order worth $40+ but AliExpress and the seller refuse to listen to my messages that I did not received this item as it was delivered to wrong area and was marked as “Delivered “ Seller does not help to track where the item was delivered and AliExpress declined my dispute for refund. Customer service at the lowest level, or no level at all! Will not place from order from this seller ever again and will not use AliExpress shipping method! Avoid at all cost or take the risk of losing your money.
I did not received the items . Was delivered to wrong area and marked as successfully delivered by the stupid courier . AliExpress shipping partners courier in the U.K. is unreliable. Filed dispute for refund but was not considered as it was marked delivered and AliExpress and the buyer don’t want to investigate the case and I can not get my $30 back. One sided, dirty practice!
Thus review is for both AliExpress and the seller who declined my dispute for items I don’t received. As per post office, it was landed in different area but AliExpress and seller not interested in helping out to track the items . I am a regular buyer of the seller with 12 purchases this year 2020 totals of almost $600+ but they never help me in this case.. So unreliable , and don’t care about the loyal customer.
