Seller accepted order knowing they did not actually have this item. Gave invalid shipping # as well. After 2 weeks I contacted seller and was informed they could not provide item and was offered several different substitutes . Really needed the batteries for upcoming trip and didn't have any more time, so accepted different battery size and configuration and promise of quick shipping. However still had to start "dispute" in order to get seller to finally ship product. Took 2 months to get anything.
