purchased product on October 30th. didn't receive product until November 19th. I paid extra for express shipping with DHL. contacted seller 2 weeks after purchase to find out when I will receive product. seller refused to tell me when I would receive and only stated they shipped it. DHL sent shipment back to them, seller sent out again. I asked 4 time when I would receive product before I got an answer. they never apologized for the inconvenience or offered any of my money back. I am not happy.
