Delivery to Canada took 6 weeks. The logger works and is accurate, but... The software install had some problems on Win7 laptop, but eventually succeeded. The software is poorly explained in manual. Most important menu is Parameter, apart from logging interval, make sure the Press button is enabled and then Save Parameter, otherwise the stop button on device will not work. Save Parameter will save your setting and computer time to the logger. It will as well delete all data from logger, so make sure you save it to computer first. I suggest saving in ELT format, so when you retrieve it, it shows in Graph menu, you can save it in other formats later.
