More than 60 days from buying. I've payed two weeks before 11.11. and shopping chaos, but shoes stayed all time in warehouse in China and they were not sent to Serbia. I had many contacts with seller who perusaded me that everything was OK, that I would get shoes in time, even it was evident that nothing was OK with shipping. At last I was said that I would be refunded but there is no 70$ on my account yet. Hope that I will get my money back. I didnot got almoust nothing bought on 11.11. so I am afraid to buy again. When I pay I do not care who made problem. I know that somebody is using my money for two months and after that I have to pray to get it back. After five years of buying and lot of money spent I am afraid to buy again. I am very very dissapointed.
For the duration of our problem, you have always been kind and willing to even give me sneakers for free, but unfortunately the logistics have completely failed. I cannot understand is that the goods are in one place, referenced to one person responsible for it and that you could not do anything. My anger arose because these sneakers were supposed to be a New Year's gift for my son, purchased on time two months earlier, but he eventually didn't get it as well as another valuable gift that also didn't arrive and disappeared in transit. These are not cheap things for two or three bucks so that someone irresponsibly handles them. This is where one of us loses money. I am an IT engineer 60 years old who has been buying for many years on Aliexpress but the impression starting from July this year is that something bad is going on with the transport and I just don't get the goods.
