RPI 3B now runs at 65 degrees C at 100% CPU load.
The coolers are ok, they are machines to different height for the 3 chips that should get cooled, as the ic have different thickness, so far so far so good, but the gaps between the surface of the ic and the cooler are not equal, but there are 4 pieces of thermal interface material supplies (where you need only 3) and those are of equal thickness, resulting in applying a lot of force on the cpu while barely touching the other chips. this could be improved by supplying interface material of different thickness for the different chips or by adjusting the height of the aluminum
