Due to different heights of the cpu and other chips on the board the heatsink does not lie horizontal across all components therefore heat transfer is poor where the thermo pad is not 100 % in contact. . Not ideal but it works. I would look for a better cooler.

Pretty quiet. But after a month or two it starts to make loud noises. So I bought a bunch of fans to stock them.
