When I got the Raspberry pi, I Installed the Raspberry PI OS and tried to Boot. But it did not boot. PWR LED is On, But Act LED is never working. I've been asking the seller for help for days, but he Spends time asking me only unnecessary questions. The Raspberry PI didn't work, so my plan was disrupted. it's a little more expensive, but i think i have to buy the same product in domestic market. I think this is just my bad luck. I can a new Raspberry PI and use it. But the seller's response makes me even more angry. I will confirm the purchase to give the seller one star feedback.
Bought two units on 06/12/20. The product details stated that items should arrive in 7 days as it was Plaza seller, but they didn't. I kept waiting until 16/01/21. As there were no updates on the shipping status (was stuck on CTT delivery agency in another town since 12/12) I decided to contact seller. He provided me the contact details of the courier and after calling them two days, they did recognize that they lost the package on the second call. Opened a dispute on Aliexpress to claim the return of the money, providing evidencies of the shipping status stuck in the office and they did not accepted them or even considered! Asked the seller to provide me a refund and he barely informed that "it was shipped by Aliexpress and I have to claim them". The result is: - I have lost 56€ - No items were given to me - I did not have any kind of support by Aliexpress nor the seller to try to solve this This will obviously change my consideration to AliExpress support and this shop.
