The product is exactly as described; actually it’s a bit bigger then expected, but that is a good this. The material of the head is sturdy. Maybe a bit too stiff since the vins were bend a bit and I will need to use probably a hot air gun or maybe hot water to soften it a bit to get the vins back in the right shape. Overall the product is good. I didn’t have contact with the seller and the package took its time to arrive, but then again I choose for the free slow shipment.
