The product was delivered exactly described. I set up the Riser with a 2070 Super, and connected it to a PSU. I uninstalled my Hades Canyon's AMD drivers for the RX Vega M GH card, connected it to my Hades Canyon's M.2 slot, and booted my computer. My computer recognized the new card immediately, and I was able to download and install the latest Nvideo drivers. I then disabled the RX Vega GPU and was good to go. My performance jumped by an amazing amount, I'm very happy with this product. Shipping took about 1 month, which I think is standard.
