I knew when I placed my order that it would be several months to get this guitar because of the Chinese New Year and the worldwide virus. They promised to send me photos of the guitar before shipping. I was in contact with them and they said that the guitar was ready to ship, and would follow up with photos. The next thing I know, I get a tracking number email to me indicating that the guitar shipped. I sent them several messages to ask them why they shipped without sending photos. They would not respond. To make a long story short, they created a tracking number and did not ship the guitar. I had to file a refund claim against them. Buyer beware.
