The propeller should have fit my Honda 2hp but when I put it on it did not full engage the shear pin. Upon examination I found that the cotter pin hole had been clearly drilled crooked and not quite at the right place, this created enough movement for the shear pin to slip out of it slot. This is a quality control issue, it actually looked like it might be hand drilled. I resolved the problem by redrilling a new cotter pin hole that was in the correct location and straight through the hub. It now works. See pics.
