Hi seller, I received the printer well packed. Unfortunately I can't get it working with my 5V/2A power supply. The green LED get on, after pressing the button it goes out and gets not on again. Paper is not transported out and the circuit gets hot. Sitching on / of f the power does not work the LED stays off. After some hours the printer can powerd on again. Forward paper does not work, printing does not work, self test does not work.... maybe the motor/mechanic is blocked. Power is connected the right way to VH and GND. I have no idea what is going wrong. Can you give me some more hints what do do ? Best regards Frank
