I received the item in only 5days but the motherboard doesn’t work. I asked for an exchange, they told me they’ve arranged for a pick up but I’ve been waiting for a week. They don’t give me updates at all unless I contact them and their answer is that the pickup company will contact me. In the meantime I have already paid, I don’t have a working product and I feel like I was scammed
