It's found some issue with item. All DIMMs were USED and one was with defect, I've found it only after extensive tests (tests with real-load - VMs). It was detected properly and even run well, but after some time, when it was loaded with data - it was found data corruption. So Iam not able to use 64GB of RAM, but only 48GB and Iam not really sure, remaining DIMMs will work correctly.
