Far higher quality than I expected. Highly recommended. Probe tip covers completely cover tips. Once the covers are removed the tips are very sharp and there is about 1" (2.5cm) of exposed tip. If you want/need the protection just take a small piece off the end of the covers to leave the area exposed you believe is appropriate for the work you do. Be aware the tips are very sharp - great for sticking through insulated wire covering - also good for sticking into your thumb/fingertip - both practices to avoid really!
