Disappointed. 1) Cartridges are not new, but remanufactured 2) The yellow cartridge came with a broken latch. Taped with superglue, it seems normal. 3) The worst is paper jam during printing. When I put the original cartridges - it prints. When I put at least one new one - it gets stuck. This is bad. I will not open a dispute, I expected something like that. I just wanted to try to get the printer to work. Did not work out. Do not repeat my mistake. Throw the printer in the trash. But shipped and delivered quickly, 20 days.
