I won’t say that I like this product because honestly it’s quite hard texture compare to my another one that I bought in Thailand by myself. I bought this for my boyfriend and I’ve tried by myself one night, it’s so hard and really really not comfortable, it doesn’t have the memory pillow that can’t suit ur neck shape well, I didn’t return it because I already used it. I think it will be better to buy this pillow in a shop rather than online, because you can feel the texture
15 days to UK. Lovely pillow, very pleased. Was vacuum packed, but sprung open and smoothed out immediately. Some say this is not natural latex, but pretty sure it is. It has a mild smell, I would almost call it "aroma", not bad at all, to me. A bit like boiled milk. Firm, but softer, with more give than memory foam. Those only adapt with warmth, whereas latex has a natural give, even when cold. The "spikes" feel good, and I really like that it has a cut-out for side sleepers. Pillow case is nice fabric, smooth and soft. Only thing I do not like is zips - zip on mesh cover broke when I took 4th photo, because not very strong, and too short (you need to do same to remove pillow unless you fold it). If zips were longer, there would be less strain on them. I asked seller about spare covers. Unless you have a cover, I would include one, as with only the mesh cover, pillow may get dirty. Am sure pillow can be rinsed, but no UK instructions. Recommend product and seller.
