Pillow, inner liner and outer protective case are all of excellent quality, better than several I have that cost 2 to 3 times more. Pillow feels soft and luxurious yet firm. I believe it is 6/10 to 7/10 rating.
The design will be perfect if an additional layer of 1 cm latex can be purchased as an option to be placed underneath for those who prefer higher loft (for e.g final loft of 11 cm by 13 cm for the pillow I bought)
