Paid for 10m, only received 9.6m! That CANNOT be excused away with measurement error. These Sellers really do wear you down though. I mean, can you be bothered submitting yet ANOTHER claim?? It seems to be a common business practice on here, so it must work. I'd suggest you buy elsewhere and roll that AliExpress dice once more!
