The item has arrived fast I have used it to connect a TV that outputs the audio via an Optical connector to my old Stereo Receiver that accepts only an Analog input using RCA. Just connected it 2 days a go and seems to be doing what I need. I did test the bluetooth option briefly just to see that it works and seems Ok
