Quality product. It is my first headworn microphone. The nature of the product is delicate, but precision is apparent in the shape. I plugged the microphone into the 3.5mm jack of Rode VXLR+ phantom power converter which converts 48V to 5V, and the the converter's XLR plug into my MOTU M4 USB audio interface. With the 5V supplied from the converter, I adjust the gain to about 85% on my audio interface to get good sound level. My usage is online business meetings, and for that, I am very satisfied with the product.
