the worst experience of communicating with the seller in my 5 years on aliexpress. shipped the chair on 11th day after payment. I was promised with guarantied fast delivery, if more than 25 says then I may apply for full refund. it did not come in time, the seller refused to refund. aliexpress took seller's side since the parcel is received. plus during the dispute the seller called me during working day and was sending me voice messages in whatsapp. do you want to face that kind of impudence? I think not. your phone number is needed for delivery purpose not for the seller called to you while you are at the work meeting. the chair itself looks good, but it is not comfortable at all. plus due to bad storing it came with smell of mold and pigeons shit. spent a week at the balcony to get rid of this stink. I would not recommend this type of chair and highly recommend to consider another seller.
