Very good reel for its price. Body is made of metal. Rotor is plastic. Main gear with total 5+1 BBs (2+1 rotor assy, 2 handle assy, 1 in secondary gear for spool movement). Additionally 2 BBs on spool and 2 on line roller. All BBs are closed type. I guess some more BBs on knob. Metal body is covered with 2 plastic covers. I suggest disadvantage is bad water/dust/sand protection of main body (metal body has vents, plastic is not watertight). So if you put the reel to water/sand, you'll have to clean it afterwards.
