Arrived after three weeks. Very nicely and well packaged. All accessories included (the adaptor plug is US I think, but universally USB chargeable). This is my second one. My first one finally stopped working after countless uses over many years. So these things are longlasting! It’s a great price too. The suction is great for massaging your skin and maintaining elasticity (remember to move upwards with your skin). The scrubhead, with the power set to low, is fine for removing excess residue on your skin without harming it. Contrary to what many others say, I have always experienced that this product can indeed up to a point clear out pores and remove unnecessary sebum or oil (remember that your skin still needs some of it). And a reality check: this is a 10$ product from China. Do you really, honestly think that this is the same as microdermabrasion that you can pay $100 per treatment for? Of course not! So stop complaining and enjoy the other qualities it does have. Value for money!
