Picked it up an hour ago. Works very well. I've only tried it with a few TO-220's, but they came loose from a double sided PCB very easily. Two seconds at 380°C per pin, and the package dropped out. BGA desoldering? No way! Hot air station is what you need for that. But through-hole desoldering it masters very well.
