Pros: They're strong and open widely. Cons: They don't have a threaded tip (is that how you call it? I mean the roughness on the inner sides of the tips). The so materials that are not flat or not rubber/soft plastic slip right off when grabbed, for instance, metal screws. That's a big down cause I'm grabbing round shaped metal stuff all the time...
