Ordered at the beginning of September. A couple days later the tracking showed 'In transit ; Inbound in sorting center' and did not change since. Requested to refund in end of November and beginning December and the answer both times were : 'Don't worry, I will refund you if you don't receive it finally. Just wait for a little more time now.' After more stalling and over 100 days the delivery time ended I started a dispute and got the money back.
