It's fine, but a little longer and bigger than my others. It doesn't have the inner grill and the element is rigidly fixed in rather than sitting in rubber, so makes a little more noise from your hand. The cartridge sounds fine though. Just a bit bigger than the original. Doesn't come with the green pouch, and there is no writing on the bottom, and the Neumann badge is simply red. Sounds fine, just makes a bit of noise from handling. For the price, it's fine.
