Two of the ink cartridges arrived broken because they were not packed safely for shipping. The plastic tab is broken off and they will not work in my printer. I have attached a photo. Please replace these two cartridges - they are both yellow. I look forward to receiving my two replacement cartridges promptly. Thank you.
