Absolutely adorable mug! It arrived quickly for a pre-order and had no damage! The boxes were wrapped really tightly and secure. The quality is amazing and the mug is in perfect! I ordered 2 but one is a present so I can't take it out of the box. Some people had problems with reading the description and literally the first word of the item, calling it a scam when they're just too lazy to read. Maybe they don't understand what a Pre-sale is but I think the description explained it very well. It's honestly embarrassing for these people and really sad that they're being so entitled and giving the seller bad reviews and calling them a scammer for their own mistakes. The store has one of the best customer service I ever experienced, they messaged me to explain the deposit and how to order the real deal from their store. They always answered my questions in a very short amount of time and were overall a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy with the product
