The device is very noisy, so if that bothers you it is better to avoid it. However, it works well and the different massage options combined with the heat one fell very good.

Packaging needs improvement wrapped in a plastic bag and sent in a thin satchel, you need options for power cords as a EU or US are not suitable in Australia, actual massage pad was in good condition and when I get an adaptor will try it.
