when I opened the package, I set up into my fish tank, hooked up, doesn't run, unhooked, open it's up, find out it's broken the pin. I'm not really happy with this, even though it's a little cheaper than Amazonprime.ca, but really bad quality. So now how am I going to send it back?
1st I ordered because I needed it's for my aquarium, when I received this item I was happy with it, after I put it in my aquarium (where's it needs to be), after I plug in it try to run, so I take it out, I opened it, n all I saw was the stick that goes in the middle of the motor, it's slide out in three pieces. From happy to very piss off, don't know how to get in touch with anyone, now it's pieces of CRAP.
