Product arrived in good condition despite having broken through the envelope in the mail. Thankfully Canada Post wrapped the package in thick plastic before forwarding it. The brush is heavy and really good quality. Bristles are slightly crushed on one side, but an easy fix. I'm really impressed with this brush and would happily order more from this seller. It's a gift for Christmas that I know my husband will love. Thank you.
