The product arrived damaged and therefore would not work. I sent pictures of the damage which was accepted but because I could not send video of it not working (?) they would not accept it. Because I would not send back the broken parts (cost too prohibitive) they only refunded me 20% of the price I paid. So not happy at all!!!!!
